Assoc.Prof.Dr. Mustafa Artar is the President of Bartin Pedaldaslar Cycling Club Association held by vounteer cyclists located at Bartin Province in 2004. Pedaldaslar is hosting Bartin Cycling Festivals of which the 6th will be organized in October 2019.

As a Landscape Architect and academician Dr. Artar is supervising MSc Thesis on sustainable transport, cycling, livable cities and green infrastructure. He had coordinated mobility actions held in the vicinity of Bartin Municipality and surroundings.
