Participants should bring at least one adult from their community with them for this activity. This could be your aunt, uncle, father, mother, or even grandmother. Since the importance of sports increases as we get older, the aim here is to encourage them to move. First, there will be a small warm-up accompanied by a leader and then there will be a hiking.
